Data Recovery

Even if you have had the misfortune to have a major crash on you PC or any hard drive problems, it may still be possible to recover your data, photos and documents etc.

It may be that the part of the hard drive that contains your Windows operating system has become faulty, but the area of the hard drive that holds your data is still sound, and in this case your data can possibly be recovered.

It can take some time, depending on the condition of the drive, to recover your data, but I can usually get a fair amount of it recovered. Sometimes you can be lucky enough to get it all recovered. I will then back up all your
recovered documents onto either dvds, usb memory stick or an external usb hard drive, so that they can be reinstalled back onto your repaired PC or a new PC.

It is a really good idea to have you data backed up to an external source anyway, such as dvds, memory stick, or a usb hard drive, as well as on your internal hard drive. This can save you a lot of time and worry later on and at least it gives you another chance should your internal or external storage drive become faulty. Hard drives can fail with little or no warning. It happened to me many years ago but thankfully I had everything all backed up.
